Cancellation Policy
Because we are appointment only, we ask that our clients provide us with a 50% deposit using a credit card to hold their time slot, should you have to cancel less than 24-hours in advance, or you are a no show, full session will be charged for each booked session(s). We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and there are emergencies. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Voicemail is on 24 hours a day as well as text messages. If you are booking online, we will call you to confirm your appointment time with a credit card.
